Shipping & Delivery

Quiet Temper currently accepts online orders for delivery to the United States. Orders are prepared and dispatched from Shenzhen, China.

Processing time

• In-stock objects and materials: normally dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• Made-to-order items: the production time shown on the product page applies and begins after payment and all specifications are confirmed.
• Studio, prototype and small-batch projects: timing is confirmed in the written project quotation.

Delivery options

• Standard Tracked — US$12: estimated 7–12 business days after dispatch.
• Express — US$28: estimated 3–6 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs processing, severe weather, carrier disruption, remote-area service and address problems can cause delays.

Tracking and addresses

We send tracking information when an order is dispatched. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction; an address cannot always be changed after dispatch.

Import charges

Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, the recipient is responsible for any import duty, tax, customs charge, brokerage fee or carrier collection required by the destination. Customs rules and charges can change and are outside our control.

Loss or damage

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with the order number, photographs and packaging details. We will work with the carrier and offer the appropriate replacement, repair or refund after review.
