Quiet Temper is a Hong Kong-based leather goods studio working with specialist makers in South China. We design for proportion, function and the character that comes from honest materials.
We begin with the grain.
Full-grain leather keeps the natural surface intact. It may show small variations in tone and texture; over time, handling and light develop a patina that belongs to the person using it.
The details do the quiet work.
Edges are thinned where layers meet, stitch lines are planned around stress points, and hardware is selected for proportion as much as strength. The result should feel considered before it ever asks for attention.

Tooling, without the noise.
Our carved editions use botanical linework as a controlled accent rather than decoration for its own sake. Because each motif is cut and shaded by hand, no two finished surfaces are identical.
