Returns & Refunds
We want Quiet Temper products to be accurately represented and useful for a long time. Please read the product description, dimensions, material notes and production status before ordering.
Standard products
Unused, non-personalized, standard-stock products may be requested for return within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories, and must not have been worn, assembled, cut, marked or altered.
Contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, the customer is responsible for tracked return shipping. Original shipping charges and import charges are not refundable.
Items that cannot be returned for change of mind
- Personalized, monogrammed or made-to-order goods;
- Custom tools, logo stamps, prototypes and approved production samples;
- Leather cut to a requested dimension, pre-cut component sets once opened or used, and special-order materials;
- Wholesale, small-batch and business-to-business production orders;
- Gift cards or final-sale items, where applicable.
This does not limit remedies available for a verified defect, material non-conformity or incorrect item.
Natural material variation
Leather varies in grain, tone and natural markings. Minor color variation, healed marks and the development of patina are characteristics of the material and are not defects when consistent with the product description.
Defects or order errors
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate repair, replacement, credit or refund and cover reasonable return costs when a return is required.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for the payment provider to post the refund.
